1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BEST TOP ECOMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

BEST TOP ECOMMERCE is an online retailer of consumer electronics — coffee machines, hair dryers, electric toothbrushes and bluetooth speakers. Our support team can be reached at [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 PT.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately, but specifications, availability and prices may change without notice. All prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless stated at checkout; any applicable tax is calculated and displayed before you pay. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made. Product imagery is for illustration; minor variations in color and finish are normal.

5. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order we send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order, not that we accepted it. Acceptance occurs when your order ships, at which point a contract of sale is formed. We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, unavailability, or a pricing error, in which case we will refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely by AsiaBill, a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates only; risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 30-day returns policy and 2-year warranty are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to breach its security, scraping content at scale, interfering with other users, using automated tools to place orders, or uploading malicious content. We reserve the right to block access from any account or network engaged in such activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, product photography and code — are owned by BEST TOP ECOMMERCE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Product names and logos of third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEST TOP ECOMMERCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express 2-year product warranty described in our Returns & Refunds policy, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchases shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. Before filing any claim, we ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably.
